The Giving Tree
Dear members and friends of our congregation,
As we enter the season of Advent, we invite you to share in the tradition of the Christmas Giving Tree. This year, you have the opportunity to browse for gifts on the church website – however, as Covid restrictions have eased, you are asked to return your wrapped gifts to the church!
Here’s how it works:
- Click here to find a list of gifts that will help make a brighter holiday for some of our South County neighbors. Note that this year, each family unit is highlighted by color, so if you’d like to buy for a family, you can easily do so (you do not have to buy for an entire family, you can pick and choose). Once you’ve made your selections, let Will know the code by email: office@stockbridgeucc.org or by calling the church office at 413-298-3137. Please do not purchase until you confirm with Will that your choices are still available! He will update the list periodically. Also, if you need help going on line, please let Will or Charlotte (978-618-5767) know, and we will assist you.
- Purchase and wrap your gifts, making sure that you clearly label the gift with the number and code given to you by Will.
- Pack a gift receipt with your gift, where appropriate.
- Bring your gift to the church office during business hours BY FRIDAY DECEMBER 10th
If you don’t want to shop, there are plenty of requests for gift cards to Big Y, Price Chopper, Dunkin, Mc Donald’s and Marshalls. You can also donate to the Giving Tree by sending a check, and noting Giving Tree in the memo line. M & A elves will be shopping for the gifts not selected.
Mission & Action thanks you for remembering those in our community that need an extra hand this year! We wish you the Peace, Grace, Hope and Spirit of the Season!
