Here are the winners of the ongoing Star Baker competition. Theme: "Spring" Stephanie Bradford made a luscious Asparagus and Prosciutto Frittata with Goat Cheese accompanied by an Avocado and Cucumber Salad. Stephanie notes, "Certainly the asparagus is late spring although the rest may not be!" Ted Randolph's imaginative entry is a Spring Pea Risotto (with Fall Carrots).
