Mindful Meditation: Toward a Lenten State of Mind

For those who’d like to learn or simply brush up on your meditation skills, please join us for a 4-week series, beginning on January 12th. These four sessions will introduce the art of meditation in depth. We’ll focus on developing concentration and one-pointed focus, using breath-work as an aid to meditation, devoting one session to meditation as healing practice, and in our final session, partnering meditation with repetition of the Jesus prayer.
