A Journey to Grateful – Nov. 4 – Steve Hassmer

November 4 – 6:00 p.m. To benefit children’s programs at the First Congregational Church, UCC, Stockbridge, MA.

Local performer Steve Hassmer draws upon music theater’s best to share his personal and professional journey – one that has led to gratitude. Accompanied by Lee Dixon, this moving performance invites each of us to contemplate our own journeys. This show was previously featured at the Mac-Haydn Theater in Chatham, NY.

Suggested donation is $15, children free. All funds raised will be donated to the growing programs for children and youth at the church. Childcare will be available during the performance.

During intermission, you will be invited to sample slices of freshly baked pies that will be available to preorder for your Thanksgiving holiday. There will be five types of pies featuring the flavors of the season: double-crust apple pie, pumpkin pie, chocolate cream pie, Shaker pie, and cranberry-pear pie. Never fear: Pie orders will also be accepted at coffee hour on Sundays between the concert and pick-up date. Cost of a whole Thanksgiving pie is $15. Prepaid orders only by cash or check (payable to Stockbridge Congregational Church). Pie pickup date and time: Tuesday, November 21 from 1-6 pm in the JE Room.
