Kerygma Bible Study

Monday, November 20, 2017 - 7:00-8:30pm

This 34 week program will approach the Bible through thematic study bringing Hebrew Scripture into dialogue with New Testament Writings. This ecumenical study strives to present a “Bible whole” approach that is Biblical in nature rather than emerging from creeds, literary analyses or historical frameworks. It will encourage participants to learn and even memorize passages by rote to build a sense of Biblical literacy. Running through it all, however, studying this book with a purpose of exploring its implications for believing and living today. It is anticipated that those who participate in this study will have studied the Bible as a whole in the past or have significant Biblical study under their belt.

Class will not be held on December 25 or January 1.
